Cavait supports the client experience through records, progress and delivery. Each firm retains its own business and professional judgment.

BEFORE YOU APPLY
Terms that respect your practice.
Do we keep our firm and clients?
Yes. You retain your firm, brand and existing relationships. For clients introduced through Cavait, responsibilities and ongoing contact are documented before work begins. Clients retain their choice of provider and access to their records.
Who signs the professional engagement?
The pilot is designed around a direct engagement between the client and the responsible partner firm, with a separate Cavait platform role. Each case identifies the responsible firm, scope, reviewer, fees, authority permissions and complaint route before work starts.
How are we paid?
Your firm confirms its fee before accepting a case. Technology fees and any permitted referral arrangement are separately agreed and reviewed for applicable professional requirements. We do not publish a blanket revenue split or charge an application fee.
Can we decline work or pause capacity?
Yes. You can decline proposed cases and pause new intake. Existing accepted engagements require an orderly handoff and continued protection of the client’s deadlines and records.
Is Cavait a Swiss Verein or a CPA firm?
CavaIt Inc. is the technology and client-experience company behind the program. This program does not establish a Swiss Verein or represent Cavait as a CPA firm. Professional and legal implications of the network, including assurance-related independence, must be assessed before activation.
