Use this page if you want Cavait to close your account and delete data associated with it. This page is available even if you no longer have the app installed.
Without app access
To request deletion without signing in, email hello@cavait.com with the subject “Cavait account and data deletion request.” Use the email address associated with your account. Do not include SINs, SSNs or tax documents.
What happens next?
We verify that you control the account, identify which information can be deleted and which tax records may have to be retained, and explain the result. We do not treat closing an account as permission to destroy documents subject to applicable legal retention obligations.
