1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using CavaIt ("the Service"), operated by CavaIt Inc. ("we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

CavaIt provides a free insurance coverage assessment tool that generates a Protection Score and identifies potential gaps in your insurance coverage. The Service is informational only and does not constitute insurance advice, a recommendation to purchase any specific insurance product, or an offer to sell insurance.

3. Not Insurance Advice

CavaIt is not an insurance company, broker, or agent. The information provided through the Service, including your Protection Score, gap analysis, and exposure estimates, is for general informational purposes only. It should not be relied upon as a substitute for professional insurance advice. We recommend consulting with a licensed insurance professional before making any insurance decisions.

4. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Service.

5. Accuracy of Information

The accuracy of your Protection Score and coverage analysis depends on the information you provide. We do not verify the information you submit and are not responsible for inaccurate results caused by incorrect or incomplete input. Dollar figures, exposure estimates, and peer benchmarks are approximations and should not be treated as exact values.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Service, including but not limited to the scoring algorithm, exposure rules, user interface design, and branding, are owned by CavaIt Inc. and are protected by Canadian and international intellectual property laws.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, CavaIt Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Service.

8. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
