For condominium and property services businesses

Every board meeting asks the same question. "Is everything current?"

Property managers sit between the board, the residents, and every contractor who enters the building. The board wants proof that coverage is in place. The residents want proof that the people in the hallway have been screened. The contractors want to get paid.

The board does not want to hear that you are looking for it.

Insurance certificates, clearances, contractor verification, reserve fund compliance, and the licence the province requires just to operate. Each one renews on its own cycle, and the board expects them current at every meeting.

Having one place to point at is the difference between a confident answer and an awkward one.

Sound familiar

  • A board member asking for a certificate you sent six months ago
  • Chasing a contractor for updated insurance before they start in the building
  • A reserve fund study expiry date nobody was tracking
  • Licence renewal paperwork arriving during your busiest quarter

Every document on that profile, explained

How it works

Three steps. The first one takes about twenty minutes, once.

01Upload what you already have

Your certificate of insurance, your licences, your clearances. Whatever is sitting in that folder on your desktop. Drag it in and we read the dates off it.

02Send one link instead of six files

Every client, every board, every procurement team gets the same link. They see exactly what they need to see and nothing else.

03Hear about expiry before they do

We watch the dates. You get told when something is about to lapse, while there is still time to fix it quietly.

We label proof honestly, even when it makes us look worse

Plenty of platforms slap a green tick on anything you upload. We do not. Every document on your profile carries a label that says exactly how strongly it has been checked, and we never show a stronger label than the evidence supports.

01Self reportedYou told us. Nobody checked yet. Labelled plainly so nobody is misled.
02Currency checkedWe confirmed the document has not expired. We did not confirm it is genuine.
03Broker confirmedYour broker or the issuing body confirmed the details directly to us.
04Carrier confirmedConfirmed against the source of record. The strongest label we give.
$29per month, for the business that owns the profile

Anyone who asks you for documents views your link for free, forever. They never get a bill, never get an account wall, never get asked to sign up. You pay because you are the one who benefits from never assembling the same folder twice.

Questions people actually ask

Do my clients have to sign up for anything?

No. They click your link and see your documents. No account, no password, no sales call. That is the whole point. If we made your clients sign up we would be making your life harder, not easier.

Is this checking my documents or just storing them?

Both, and we are specific about which is which. Storing is easy. Checking is harder and depends on what the issuing body makes available. Every document carries a label telling you and your clients exactly how far the checking went. Nothing is dressed up.

What if I do not have all of these documents yet?

Then your profile shows what you have and what is missing, and you fix the gaps in your own time. A half built profile is still more useful than a folder nobody can find. Most people start with insurance and their main licence and add the rest over a few weeks.

Who can see my profile?

Whoever you send the link to. It is not indexed, not listed, and not sold. You control what is on it and you can turn the link off whenever you want.

I already send a PDF by email. Why change?

Because the PDF is out of date the moment something renews, and you have no idea which of your twenty clients is holding the old one. A link updates itself. Same effort for you, much less chasing for them.

Does this replace my insurance broker or my licence?

Not at all. We do not sell insurance and we do not issue licences. We hold the proof of what you already have and make it easy to share. Your broker stays your broker.
